If you are thinking of using a larger well known company for your hearing and hearing aid needs Don’t. My experience with even the first call to the top 3 was so disappointing. So instead I looked for a neighborhood company and found Burton Hearing Aid Company. I was staying in Santa Monica from out of town and desperately needed service for my hearing aids. Not only was Laura so accommodating and nice over the phone, she was caring and knowledgeable when I got there. Dr Burton took care of my issue right away at a very affordable price. If they treated a stranger like me that way when most likely will not be a return customer because I don’t even live in CA can you imagine how well they treat all of their customers?
